Aqua Blue Car Wash

Staff are friendly, but can be deceptive about trying to upsell you on monthly membership packages. I was initially told that I would be able to bring my spouse’s vehicle with my founder’s monthly membership, but due to frequent management staff turnover, this was ultimately not honored. The car wash itself does an okay job but is overpriced for the quality of the wash. After each wash, I found myself having to manually scrub away dirt that I would have expected the machine to have removed. Combined with the deceptive sales tactics, I would recommend going elsewhere for your car wash needs.

I have the $29.99 membership and worth it. I live around the corner and this is great. The kids get the car super dirty so this is a luxury I didn't know I needed and get alot of value from. Everything seems to work great. Only feedback is that they put the spaces for the vaccums at an angle vs straight on and didn't build the system accordingly so the driver side of vaccums are almost useless as they don't reach your car effectively....advice to management would be to have longer hoses to fix the issue you can't vacuum the back seats on driver side at all but can use the passenger side vaccine I love this place overall!

I have a membership at Aqua Car Wash, and it was the best decision! The service is truly excellent, and they are always taking such good care of their customers. I really appreciate the attention to the little details-like the happy face they drew on the window. It is those small, thoughtful touches that make a huge difference in the overall experience. Highly recommend

After reading online about the potential micro scratches that automatic car washes can cause, I resigned myself to handwashing my car. Recently, feeling exhausted, I finally decided to give this car wash a try and I'm glad I did. The staff were professional and courteous, and my car came out looking clean in under five minutes. The place also offers plenty of self-vacuuming stations, so I didn’t have to wait around. It’s a far better use of my weekends than spending hours scrubbing under the hot sun in the driveway. I’ll definitely be returning.

I spent 25 dollars on a car wash in the morning, morning is key, because I was literally the second car in line. Get through the car wash and still have mud on my truck. The mud wasn’t thick or anything but the fact of the matter is that when I asked to go through again, because I spent 25 dollars on a wash, I should’ve been able to. The helper that was outside, lining my truck up to enter the wash, went in to get his help to scrub down. Now that man acted like he didn’t want to be out of that office for some reason, maybe a lack of work ethic idk but I felt a little sympathy for the helper outside trying to get the customers taken care of. I will never go back there and I hope that I can get my 25 dollars back at least lowered to a basic wash since that’s all I got.
